Returns We want you to love your order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return any unused, unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Request a Return Email us at contact@parfetteminiperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Conditions Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@parfetteminiperfumes.com with a photo of the item. We will resolve this immediately at no cost to you.
